How to Export
- Open the document you want to export
- Click the **Export** button (download icon)
- Select your preferred format
- Choose export options:
- Include table of contents
- Include page numbers
- Add company branding
- Click **Download**
Batch Export
Export multiple documents at once:
- Go to your **Documents** library
- Select multiple documents (checkbox)
- Click **"Export Selected"**
- Choose format and options
- Download as a ZIP file

Share documents without exporting:
- Generate a secure share link
- Set expiration date
- Require password protection
