Subscription Management
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. You can reactivate anytime to restore access.
Can I pause my subscription?
Contact support to discuss pause options for extended periods.
Invoices
Where can I find my invoices?
Go to Settings > Billing > Invoice History to view and download all invoices.
Can I get a receipt for my purchase?
Yes, receipts are sent to your email after each payment and are available in your billing history.
Can I add a VAT/Tax ID?
Yes, add your tax ID in Settings > Billing > Tax Information.
Enterprise Billing
Do you offer custom contracts?
Yes, Enterprise plans include custom contracts and SLAs.
Can we pay via invoice?
Yes, Enterprise customers can pay via invoice with NET-30 terms.
