Adding Team Members
Collaborate with your team on StartupVision (Builder and Enterprise plans).
Inviting Team Members
- Go to **Settings > Team**
- Click **"Invite Member"**
- Enter their email address
- Select their role
- Click **"Send Invite"**
The invitee will receive an email with a link to join your workspace.
Team Roles
Admin
- Full access to all features
- Manage team members
- Access billing settings
- Delete validations
Member
- Create and view validations
- Generate documents
- Collaborate on reports
- Cannot manage team or billing
Viewer (Enterprise only)
- View-only access
- Cannot create or edit
- Perfect for advisors
Managing Team Members
Change Roles
- Go to Settings > Team
- Click on a team member
- Select new role
- Save changes
Remove Members
- Go to Settings > Team
- Click the menu (three dots) next to a member
- Select "Remove from team"
- Confirm removal
Team Limits
- **Builder**: 5 team members
- **Enterprise**: Unlimited members
